Getting started with CoaguLife Pharmacyis as simple as walking
into your neighborhood pharmacy.
If you are a consumer – Call, fax or send us
an email. We need to know who your doctor is, what product and supplies
you use and where you like to have your shipments delivered. Our pharmacist
will speak with you briefly to discuss your medications and health history.
We’ll check with your insurance provider to verify benefits and
to make sure we are in network with your carrier. Then, as soon as your
doctor sends your prescription, you are ready to get started.

Ordering in Emergency Situations
CoaguLife Pharmacy recommends carefully considering the inventory
you maintain at home. Disasters, such as hurricanes Katrina and Rita,
are reminders of how dependent we can be on hospitals and transportation.
Make sure you have an adequate supply of factor and supplies to get
through a long holiday weekend or to weather severe storms. In a severe
situation, delivery might not be able to reach you and you may not be
able to get to help.
